- Design scalable frameworks for ethical tech implementation and regulatory compliance
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate vision
- Present tech foresight insights to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research on tech ethics or digital transformation
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Management preferred
