- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen digital ecosystems and sustainable tech solutions
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global tech innovators
- Champion ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up tech firms
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and future trend analysis (AI, quantum, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight.edu)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or industry keynotes)
