Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for 2026 market readiness
- Architect scalable technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability goals and regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical capabilities into market disruption strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver prototype innovations
- Develop patent-pending solutions in predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies on future tech adoption
- Drive innovation through quarterly tech horizon scanning and competitive analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in future-proofing systems against cybersecurity threats and ethical AI risks
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on predictive technology modeling
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq) and Python
- Experience securing federal grants for R&D initiatives (SBIR/STTR)
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE) and Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP)
