Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership

- Proven track record of launching innovative products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with agile methodologies and tech roadmapping
