Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and industry trends for the year 2026.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Quantum) to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to identify disruptive technologies and potential threats to our market position.
- Resource Allocation: Guide budget planning and resource distribution for future tech projects and infrastructure upgrades.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the strategy department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth startup.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 technologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans that resulted in measurable business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, from technical engineers to non-technical executives.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to pivot strategies quickly in response to market changes.
