Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts with rapid iteration cycles
- Present strategic technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Guide R&D investment allocation across frontier technology domains
- Author thought leadership whitepapers and keynote presentations at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ tech roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier domains: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Track record of launching breakthrough products from concept to market leadership
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to C-suite and investors
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business domains
