- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to executive stakeholders
- Quantify ROI for futuristic initiatives using predictive modeling tools
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and disruptive thinking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- MBA or Master's in Technology Management preferred
