Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects to commercial viability
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and IEEE Ethical Design standards
- Deep familiarity with DARPA/NSF tech forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio of deployed solutions in climate-tech or neurotech domains
