Responsibilities
- Lead Future Tech Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Build 2026 Pipelines: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline that anticipates the needs of our engineering teams two years into the future.
- AI-Enhanced Recruiting: Utilize advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI sourcing tools to streamline the hiring process and reduce time-to-hire.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Engineering Leaders and Hiring Managers to define technical requirements and build compelling value propositions for candidates.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Nexus Horizon as a thought leader in the tech community, attending conferences and speaking at industry events.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, specifically within the AI, Data Science, or Software Engineering sectors.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of technical job roles, software development lifecycles, and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Sourcing Mastery: Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing platforms.
- Data-Driven: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics (KPIs) and adjust strategies to improve quality of hire and retention rates.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements for diverse audiences.
