Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Nexus Horizon’s Vision 2026 product suite.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced generative AI models and large language models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and evaluate new technologies to ensure our platform remains future-proof.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps practices.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
