Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI integration and next-gen interfaces.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high-velocity data streams and complex computations.
- Tech Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Edge AI) and pilot their integration into our core stack.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent machine learning frameworks.
- System Design: Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems in unstructured environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
