Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for technology integration leading up to 2026.
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (AI, XR, Quantum Computing) relevant to our sector.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate long-term tech visions into actionable quarterly goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to predict future industry shifts and consumer behaviors.
- Oversee the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-generation digital products.
- Establish QuantumLeap as a thought leader by publishing white papers and speaking at industry futurism conferences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Predictive Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on long-term horizon planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing budgets for R&D initiatives and emerging technology pilots.
