Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems capable of handling future demands and data volumes.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies, evaluating their feasibility for production integration.
- Lead Technical Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and technical rigor.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on architectural decisions.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee system performance, security audits, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI/ML frameworks.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging technologies and translate them into competitive advantages.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
