Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-level architecture for our 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and interoperability.
- Lead a team of senior engineers to develop and deploy advanced algorithms and data processing pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, operations) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in generative AI, edge computing, and future UI/UX paradigms.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee deployment strategies and ensure zero-downtime maintenance for critical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale migrations and modernizing legacy systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
