Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of next-generation AI-driven applications and decentralized protocols.
- Conduct R&D and proof-of-concept validation for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum interfaces, Advanced LLMs).
- Guide a high-performing team of engineers and researchers in scalable architecture and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps for futuristic product lines.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Web3 technologies (Solidity, Rust).
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with blockchain consensus mechanisms and smart contract auditing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring top-tier technical talent.
