Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying high-impact innovations in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures that integrate seamlessly with our existing ecosystem.
- R&D Leadership: Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives for next-gen technologies, validating their viability before full-scale deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, guiding junior engineers and data scientists in adopting future-proof coding practices and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for ambitious 2026 initiatives.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future-tech implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or technical leadership roles, with a specific focus on future-forward technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with Generative AI and LLMs is highly desirable.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating abstract technological trends into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects.
