Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with the C-suite to set long-term strategic goals for AI integration and digital transformation.
- Lead GenAI Initiatives: Oversee the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Emerging Tech Research: Identify and evaluate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Autonomous Agents) to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovative projects.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and architects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning frameworks, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and execute them successfully.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
