Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable architectures for hybrid quantum-classical applications targeting the 2026 technology horizon.
- Technical Strategy: Lead the strategic roadmap for emerging technologies, identifying and evaluating breakthroughs in AI and quantum computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of software engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers.
- Innovation Lab: Spearhead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before market integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical visions into executable product features.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, complex problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
