Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof AI Architectures: Lead the architectural design of scalable machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructure ready for next-gen computational demands.
- Drive GenAI Innovation: Spearhead the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions, focusing on LLM fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technical strategy and technology stack required for the future of our platform.
- Optimize Performance: Implement advanced model optimization techniques to ensure high accuracy, low latency, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Establish Ethical Standards: Create and enforce governance frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all automated systems.
- Mentor Engineering Excellence: Guide a high-performance team of data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years leading AI/ML architecture initiatives.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting complex solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on Kubernetes and serverless computing.
- Generative AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs, Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus), and prompt engineering strategies.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete, executable technical requirements and product features.
