Responsibilities

- Tech Stack Leadership: Mentor a world-class engineering team in Python, PyTorch, and emerging hardware interfaces.
- Innovation Management: Identify and prototype bleeding-edge technologies that redefine user experience and system performance.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive tech products and leading high-impact engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
