Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-gen software systems integrating AI and quantum algorithms.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the development of high-performance, scalable codebases using Rust, Go, and Python.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Neural Networks.
- Strong foundation in Quantum Computing principles and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and leading diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is preferred.
