Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that are optimized for the quantum computing landscape anticipated by 2026.
- Generative AI Leadership: Lead the development and deployment of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools that redefine user interaction.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the migration to edge-computing environments, ensuring low-latency, high-bandwidth data processing for real-time applications.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Establish and enforce governance protocols for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in autonomous systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams and R&D departments to translate complex futuristic concepts into viable, market-ready software solutions.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting in-depth research on emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and ambient intelligence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA programming.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about technology roadmaps 2-3 years into the future.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation Mindset: A track record of inventing new solutions or processes rather than just following existing methodologies.
