Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI architectures and neural network systems.
- Define technical roadmaps for 2026 and beyond, identifying emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum Computing, Advanced AI).
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling future data loads.
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct R&D to prototype cutting-edge solutions and validate feasibility.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development milestones.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
