Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration and digital scalability.
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design of robust, scalable, and secure systems using modern cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge Computing) to propose prototypes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical masterpieces.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, Java, or Go, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI API).
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing distributed teams and delivering complex projects on time.
