Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of autonomous Agentic AI workflows capable of complex decision-making without human intervention by 2026.
- Spatial Computing Integration: Lead the integration of spatial interfaces into our core products, ensuring seamless AR/VR experiences for enterprise clients.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Develop software architectures that are scalable and optimized for future quantum computing environments.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for the next 3 years, identifying emerging trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring junior developers and senior engineers alike in advanced AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading AI and Machine Learning initiatives.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and apply them to practical business solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
