The Role
As our Future Tech Lead, you will not just be managing code; you will be managing the vision of our technological trajectory. You will identify emerging trends, assess their viability for 2026, and drive their implementation across our product suite.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Agentic workflows, and Decentralized Identity (DID).
- Technical Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of complex, scalable systems that leverage cutting-edge AI models and Web3 protocols.
- R&D Leadership: Establish and manage a research and development department dedicated to exploring speculative technologies for the 2026 horizon.
- Team Mentorship: Hire, train, and mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and ethical AI usage.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future-facing technologies adhere to global data privacy standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Solidity (Web3), and Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Outlook: Demonstrated ability to predict and analyze tech trends up to 5 years in advance.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving unstructured, complex problems.
