Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the design and execution of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Agentic AI and autonomous systems.
- Innovation Labs: spearhead experimental projects to prototype future technologies and validate concepts before full-scale production.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and radical innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product and business units to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering strategies.
- Risk Management: Assess the feasibility of high-risk, high-reward technologies and mitigate potential implementation challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Web3 technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to look beyond current limitations and define the future state of product development.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
