Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor emerging technologiesâincluding AI, quantum computing, and advanced data analyticsâto identify high-impact opportunities.
- Leadership & Team Alignment: Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating new tech stacks and ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.
- Resource Allocation: Forecast technology budgets and strategically allocate resources for Research and Development (R&D) initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive organizational alignment.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Evaluate and partner with external technology providers to enhance our competitive edge and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, systems architecture, or product management.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a strong plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure), enterprise software ecosystems, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating abstract concepts into actionable business strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-suite executives.
