Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Roadmap for 2026, identifying high-impact emerging technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and piloting new tech stacks including AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with business strategy.
- Establish best practices for innovation labs and R&D initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical leads on future-proofing architectures.
- Conduct market research to anticipate industry shifts and competitive advantages.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to future-proof platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a Senior Engineering or Leadership role within a tech-driven organization.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and future technology forecasting.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and system design.
- Experience managing R&D budgets and agile development cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML integration is a significant plus.
