Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable systems tailored for the 2026 technology landscape.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., LLM Orchestration, Edge Computing, Quantum-ready algorithms).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and future-proof our product suite.
- Optimize system performance, security, and latency for high-volume, real-time data processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and Generative AI architectures.
- Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/K8s), and serverless computing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Masterâs preferred).
