Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models and neural network architectures tailored for enterprise applications.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives focused on emerging technologies, specifically targeting capabilities for the 2026 timeframe.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and monitoring.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously evaluate model performance, accuracy, and efficiency, implementing rigorous testing protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI is highly preferred.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
