Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI models, focusing on scalability and performance for 2026 standards.
- Conduct research in emerging areas such as Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and Predictive Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product, engineering, and designâto translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and security best practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate the latest breakthroughs into our core technology stack.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large-scale systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models that drive measurable business impact.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies.
