The Role
You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and integrating cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced IoT) that align with our 2026 strategic goals. You will work closely with C-suite executives and product teams to translate long-term vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends relevant to our industry.
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating new technologies, prototypes, and frameworks for scalability and feasibility.
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure architectural decisions support long-term business objectives.
- Drive innovation initiatives, including AI integration and predictive analytics implementations.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects on best practices for future-proofing code and systems.
- Present technical visions and strategic insights to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or vision-casting role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Microservices. Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating high-level business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
