Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying high-impact trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Lead the research and development of proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical strategy with business objectives and long-term vision.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Assess risks and feasibility of futuristic tech stacks, ensuring scalability and security.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of leading strategic technical initiatives and delivering results in complex, fast-paced settings.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive data modeling.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
