About the Role:
In this high-visibility position, you will act as a bridge between our engineering teams and executive leadership, ensuring that our long-term vision is grounded in reality yet ambitious enough to drive disruption.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key emerging trends such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry shifts.
- Pilot and evaluate new technologies through proof-of-concept projects to assess viability and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Sales) to integrate futuristic solutions into current workflows.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology management, strategic consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Strong background in emerging technologies with a demonstrated ability to forecast future trends.
- Experience in building and scaling technical strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or PhD) preferred.
