Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical roadmap and architectural vision for the 2026 product cycle.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver breakthrough features.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) into core infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and scalability to support rapid growth.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following: Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), Machine Learning, or System Design.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for large-scale technical projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
