Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic definition and implementation of the company’s technology roadmap, focusing on emerging trends for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Hybrid System Design: Design and oversee complex, hybrid distributed systems that integrate legacy infrastructure with cutting-edge AI and quantum-ready protocols.
- Innovation & Prototyping: Spearhead R&D initiatives to test and validate new technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Edge AI) before full-scale deployment.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing systems adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a demonstrated ability to integrate AI/ML models.
- Futuristic Knowledge: Strong interest and understanding of emerging technologies relevant to 2026, such as Quantum Computing, Blockchain 2.0, or Advanced Robotics.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving unsolved problems and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
