Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning emerging tech trends with organizational goals.
- Prioritize Emerging Technologies: Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies (e.g., advanced AI, Quantum computing readiness, Web3) relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in and resources.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal innovation sprints to prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 product suite.
- Risk Management: Assess technological risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition into the 2026 operational model.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor roadmaps and industry standards to maintain a first-mover advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of trends expected to mature by 2026, including Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Edge Computing.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable roadmaps and project plans.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience building and mentoring high-performing technical teams.
