Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap leading up to 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends (AI, automation, decentralized systems) and assess their applicability to our business model.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Proof of Concepts: Spearhead the development of high-level Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Partnerships: Evaluate and manage relationships with external tech vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or product management within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and pivot strategies based on market shifts.
