Responsibilities
- Define the Strategic 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural design and long-term roadmap for our core product lines, ensuring alignment with emerging technological trends and business goals.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of senior engineers, designers, and data scientists to foster a culture of excellence and continuous innovation.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, secure, and highly scalable cloud infrastructure capable of supporting future AI integration and massive data throughput.
- Pilot Emerging Technologies: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Generative AI) to determine their viability for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Drive Technical Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives that push the boundaries of current technology to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Bridge Stakeholders: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, actionable strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or C++ with a strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead innovation initiatives and successfully deliver futuristic projects ahead of schedule.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving technical decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
