Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into core product lines to enhance user engagement.
- Prototype Next-Gen Systems: Oversee the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for futuristic technologies, including generative AI and spatial computing.
- Strategic Resource Allocation: Direct the engineering team's priorities, ensuring the right talent is focused on high-impact 2026 initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps and delivering products that have defined market standards.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and API-first design.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong grasp of modern frontend frameworks.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
