Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
- Predict and mitigate technological risks associated with future tech adoption.
- Establish partnerships with key research institutions and tech innovators in the 2026 landscape.
- Oversee the proof-of-concept (PoC) phase for cutting-edge technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing future technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends up to 3-5 years in advance.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale technical initiatives.
