Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture of scalable systems capable of handling high-volume data streams and complex AI integrations.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging tech trends, including generative AI, Web3, and edge computing, to validate feasibility.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product management to translate future user needs into technical specifications.
- Oversee the migration to next-generation cloud infrastructure and security protocols.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations or product launches.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and AI model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
