Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of next-gen technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, Edge Computing).
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems designed to withstand future demands.
- Guide the engineering team in adopting modern development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Identify potential risks in technology adoption and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and their practical applications.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in building products for the US market is highly desirable.
