Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's technology roadmap leading up to and through the 2026 innovation cycle.
- Lead the R&D efforts in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Neural Interfaces.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of future trends, including Web3 and Sustainable Tech.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
