Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and automation.
- Architect scalable, high-performance software solutions that can withstand future demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the integration of advanced technologies, ensuring robust security and compliance standards.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging tools and frameworks to drive technical decision-making.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or TypeScript, with a strong understanding of modern frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Machine Learning pipelines or AI-driven applications.
- Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
