Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, AR, and Quantum Computing.
- Architect scalable, future-proof solutions that align with long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate next-gen technologies into existing workflows.
- Oversee the research and development of proof-of-concept projects targeting the 2026 market launch.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for the Future Tech division.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles or emerging hardware architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
