Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and execution of the company's 2026 technology roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Quantum Computing) for integration into our product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architectural standards.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor technologies and industry trends.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to next-gen frameworks.
- Drive the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) for future tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, engineering management, or product architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and delivering on complex roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and emerging tech stacks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
