Key Objectives

Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our architecture.
- Tech Stack Modernization: Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems, ensuring compatibility with next-generation frameworks and standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into clear business value for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- R&D Oversight: Partner with the R&D division to prototype and validate disruptive technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system scalability, security, and efficiency as we prepare for exponential user growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and AI integration.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and drive projects from conception to completion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
