Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying and prioritizing emerging technologies (e.g., Synthetic Data, Neuro-symbolic AI) for integration into core products.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional squad of AI researchers, ML engineers, and product strategists to prototype and validate futuristic tech solutions.
- Ethical Governance: Establish robust ethical frameworks and safety protocols for advanced AI systems, ensuring compliance with future regulatory standards and societal values.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead 'future-sprint' initiatives to explore bleeding-edge technologies and determine their viability for commercial deployment.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Market Foresight: Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to advise the C-Suite on strategic pivots and investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Neuroscience, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in a senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record in AI, Machine Learning, or emerging tech sectors.
- Technical Depth: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and the trajectory of AI towards General Intelligence (AGI).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable, pragmatic technical roadmaps.
- Leadership: Experience managing high-performance teams in fast-paced, innovative environments with a focus on autonomy and impact.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
